1. Keep moving.

2. Drink lot of water.

3. Avoid strenuous activity.

4. Use heat pad.

When winter season arrives its difficult for body to adjust extreme cold temperatures, few weeks we are hit by very low temperature like 15 to 18 degrees. During such temperature body has not completely adjusted and we often get muscle cramps in back ,neck,thighs or calf. Most commonly you will get it in back and leg.
