With my team of physiotherapists I conduct physiotherapy health camps for all kinds of populations.

There are many a misconceptions amongst the general population regarding exercise / working out & PAIN. Even a little niggle can make people stay away from any kind of workout, when in reality, on assessment of their problem, we identify their directional preference and guide them regarding the kind of movements they can, and cannot do for the limited time.

Each patient has to be assessed and a treatment tailored according to the individualized clinical presentation. We rehabilitate them to full functionality in a span of time and make them get back to all directional movements, even the provocative ones.

During this time period, by figuring out and explaining in detail about the precautions and contra-indicated exercises, to the patients and their trainers/coaches, the patient can continue working out at their fitness centres, thus not losing out on working the rest of the body due to injury to a particular part.

The camp aims at identifying the root cause of the aches/pains/stiffness, which handicaps the day to day function and/or fitness levels of people. It also helps in creating awareness amongst the masses about the importance of exercise and overall fitness.
